Control Studio Print Error

This is a fun one. Print from control studio does not work anymore. It just will not play nice. As a bonus, you can't run books online inside control studio, either. To top that off, when you try to close the open module it tells you that the print window is open. (above). The other screenshot is an example from Explorer-- when you try to print from the root menu, this is the error you get. Has anyone ever seen this? GSC so far has made me:

-Add remove printers about 10 times

-Install new drivers from other machines on the network

-Reinstall DeltaV

Now they want me to reinstall the machine entirely. Being that it's remote terminal server I'd rather not. Has anyone else seen this?

  Add the following information as well:
  - Operating System
  - Is this on terminal session?
  - Any software installed on the machine other than DeltaV? For example, Actual Multiple Monitors, McAfee, etc

  - Is this terminal server? When printing was this over RDP?
