what type of faceplate should be used for a lab entry function block.

a lab entry control module was built for the purpose of input a lab entry based on controlling output of a dosing pump. a button was built on graphics. it is very inconsistent in that sometimes it will come up and you can input entry, then other times it won't come up and gives an the following message "Error Number: 6(6) Overflow? we have never seen that before? any help would be appreciated.

  If you are using any kind of faceplate for input entry then probably you need to delete the copies of faceplates you used for this. It resides in temp folder. And make sure that you have created popup of working faceplate.
