incompatibility M-series Serial Interface Series 2 (VE4006P2 , VE4036P2) with MQ or MX Controller

Dear Friends

As I checked in M-series Serial Interface Series 2-Product Data Sheet March 2017 ,  M-series I/O Cards are not Compatible wirh MQ or MX controllers. What is solution if MQ or MX are used as controllers and it is needed to have serial communication? what is Recommended Card instead of VE4036P2 or VE4006P2??

    Amir - You may be reading that PDS incorrectly. Based on the (2) bullets in "System Compatibility" in that document.

    • M-Series cards will not work with S-Series controllers or I/O cards.
    • The serial interfaces ARE compatible with MQ and MX controllers.

    I'm working with several dozen serial interfaces, using MQ and MX controllers. No problems at all.
