Active Directory for DeltaV & Site LAN - opinions

Hello,

We are approaching to 14.3.1 upgrade. As a part of upgrade we are thinking to logon on DeltaV with credentials as on Office LAN (Active Directory). What is your experience about that? From Emerson we know it is possible, but not supported.

Any issues? Accounts mismatches? Not functional nodes/software/communication? ect...

This question is to the ones who have it implemented as the once who skipped it due to their own risk analysis. Any remarks are valuable here.
