There is a white paper published (January 2013) showing that Emerson at one time had a user-programmable keyboard. Does anybody know if this is still offered? My customer is using Cherry G86-63400EUADAA keyboards and they worked fine with DeltaV version 12.3.1 and their P&F thin clients. Once we upgraded to DeltaV version 13.3.1, they stopped working. Does anybody know of a fix for this, or, an alternate keyboard?
I've seen the following listed before, but I don't have any history on either:
- CHERRY G86-64100
- WEY-TEC Smart Touch.

The Modernization Team in Round Rock has some "experimental" experience with the 2 keyboard types you mentioned a while ago but have not had any recent experience with current releases of DeltaV. I will reach out to you to see if you are interested in collaborating on identifying a alternate keyboard as we have often been asked about operator keyboards.
