DeltaV 13.3.1 Operator station error

DeltaV 13.3.1 installs fine, then when I login to DeltaV user, I get the error : "Error encountered in reading System Preferences settings in Master Workstation.  Access is denied."

Never seen this error before.  Haven't seen a post of anyone having this error.

    UPDATE: Fixed my error. The problem was the operator station was grabbing the System Preferences from the wrong ProPlus (Had two computers on the network under the same name, don't know why it didn't throw a duplicate name error on windows). The System Preferences lives under the ProPlus station. Once I changed the name of the computer I didn't want on the network, the error went away.
