Graphics with "scroll bars"

It's a long story, but I have a single graphic on my system that is larger than my monitor's resolution. This is a temporary situation.

I've done this before on other DeltaV systems as temporary solutions and I usually get "scroll bars" along the edges so the operators can move around the graphic. Currently however, the graphic just gets re-scaled and a lot of the text is unreadable. Is there any way to prevent Operate Run from re-scaling my graphics and instead just give me scroll bars?

  One thing to check in Configure mode, right click on an empty space in the graphic and select "Property Window" and set the "Resizable" to false.
