Hello, when I try to open DeltaV Insight (on the Proplus), I get the "I'm sorry, but I can't find a proper license..." message.
I verified under Setup>Licenses that "DeltaV Insight, Small to Medium System Scaleup" and "DeltaV Insight for small systems; up to 750 DST" are both assigned to the Proplus. Under Proplus>Properties>Licensing>License Details I have "DeltaV Insight for Medium Systems; up to 2000 DST." I have also downloaded Changed Setup Data and verified the download status on the Proplus.
A little background information- We upgraded to DeltaV 13 about three months ago. I couldn't say for sure if DeltaV Insight has ever worked. I just got back from training and am now attempting to use it. Thanks for your help.
