Risk with Downloading Changed Setup Data

Hello,

I added a name state to a name set. Now I have blue triangles next to all my controllers.

If I download changed setup data for each controller will this effect operations or bump the I/O just like downloading the controller? Are there any risks?

  nevermind this question.

  There is no risk with downloading the setup data to operations.

  I download changed setup data to all my controllers whilst online and have never experienced any issues after changing name sets
