Is there any VBA documentation for the Batchlist Toolbar Class? I am trying to find a way to auto-populate a BatchID into the "add batch" field. Optimally i would like to automatically add a batch into the batchlist without operator interraction, using DeltaV HMI. We have a system onsite that is tightly integrated to supply control over each recipe based upon lab time and current tank levels etc, and the only thing we are lacking is automatically creating the Batch. The batchid is auto-incremented but the system still requires the operator to type in or copy-paste the batchid into the dialog window which apparently is still an error-prone operation.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You can't modify the Add Batch interface in the ActiveX object.
You will need to do something with the Campaign Manager product to get BatchID "auto-populated".
