Migrating PlantWeb Alerts to another database

We have installed DeltaV 10.3.4i  and AMS 12.5 in our plant. An Alarm Information Management system, an external application installed by us, gets the alarms and events stored in the event chronicle to analyze them separately. Now, we would like to analyze the PlantWeb alerts and system diagnostic alerts in AMS of all Foundation Fieldbus devices. How can these alerts be transferred to the external application?

  Hi Akash, if your external application has webservice connectivity, AMS has this capability so you can get Device alerts from there. Later this year, Plantweb Optics will have OPC UA connectivity which your external application can pull alerts from as well. What is your external application and what connectivity capabilities
