Some modules have been in online mode

Hi,

When I worked on some control modules, unfortunately, my EWS system has hanged and I had to restart that system. After I logged in when I wanted to open these modules, the control studio has prompted that these modules were opened now by the administrator.There is no open connection in database connection.

  You may need to open the "Database Administrator" then select on the "Database Connections" application. Disconnect all connections with your login name in this case it is the Administrator. Make sure that there are no other users using the Administrator else you might accidentally disconnect other users. Unsaved changes will be lost when users are disconnected.
  
  Now you can open the modules again in Control Studio.
  
  When you restarted the EWS the Control Studio that was opened with your account did not properly close the database connections.

  In case there are none in the Database Connections list then a restart of the PRO+ or a restart of the DeltaV database should clear everything and modules can now be opened.

  Yes I can open all of the moudles except 4. they were opened when my pro+ had to restart

  If you have rebooted the Pro+, Checked Database Connections and none shown, performed an extended clean on the database and you still can't open the 4 modules...you should contact Emerson technical support for your issue.

  Un-assign and re-assing (if possible) these modules from controller followed by download. Try one out of four for a test.
