delta v for welltesting purposes

    

hi, the delta v system in my flowstation is used for well testing. Current readings for gross,nett,bs&w and gas are all displaying figures/values but the average and counter for the gross,nett,bs & w and gas are not displaying figures on the test separator status page.... please how do I resolve or bring back values to be displaying on the average and counter. thanks

  You need to describe in more detail what you are seeing. Are the fields on the Display showing "@@@@@" or ***** instead of numbers or are the values simply 0.0.
  
  Can you confirm using Control Studio online if the Average and Counter values are present and correct in the control module? If the data is valid and present in the Control Studio view, the issue is either with the Display configuration or possible a communication issue between the affected controller. If the Average and Counter values are in the same module as the working values, we know the controller is communicating. the issue will therefore be with the Display configuration.
  
  Since we have no knowledge of your configuration, or exactly what you mean by "Not Displaying figures", it is hard to suggest any course of action.

  Are these values (i.e. average and counter) calculated in flow computer or DeltaV? If you are using flow computer, first you need to check whether these values appear on flow computer or not. Next, I would check the communication between flow computer and DeltaV. Are these data brought in via modbus TCP/IP or OPC?

  The operator of that particular flowstation did not open the rightful well, told him to open a condesate well with high water content, figures/values started displaying, after that the coriolis was zero and issue was resolve
