DeltaV Virtual Studio V2 -Unable to connect to service.

We are getting the following message when trying to connect the DVS: Unable to connect to service. Please wait a minute while the DeltaV Virtual Studio service is started and try to connect again. If you continue to get this message see the log for more information. I did check the DeltaV Virtual Studio Service and it's running.
