I have some cm's that have a shared embedded module block with several external references. All of the input parameters appear in the control module parameter list, but with the generic reference that came from the class that the module block came from. The programmed references will not instantiate up to the cm in which they are embedded. Editing of the parameters is not allowed - "ERROR - Invalid to try to update a module block parameter". Is there any other way to work around for this problem other than creating copies of the original embedded module and making them "private'?
