DetaV system 11.3.1. DC1/Fail_active.

I have a device control block for control a motor in DetaV system 11.3.1.  I'have a DC1/Fail_active in some time.  I have no permissive and no interlock.  But the motor stop with a DC1/Fail_alarm. Do you know , what problem or configuration give this fail alarm ??
