Adding device to Event Chronicle

Good Morning.

I have 13.3.1. Using PCSD ver 13.  I have a First Out register on a burner I'd like to track in the Event Chronicle.  If it isn't a particular value, lets say zero, I would like to log the change and the value of the register in the Event Chronicle.  Is this doable?

  In Books Online (BOL) under Configuration->General Configuration->Expressions->Syntax rules->Functions->LOGEVENT function
