  Can you provide us a little more detail?
  1. Does this happen when you launch DeltaV Operate Run or when you try to open a specific graphic?
  2. Is this on the ProPlus or an Operator station?
  3. Have you made any graphic edits or VBA edits recently? Have you replaced any graphics recently?

  I have seen this error many times. Make sure you have the latest workstation hotfix. Also, if it is a quad display, make sure it is licensed as such.
