Delta V data appears "&&&&&"

Hello, I work in El Angel Sugar Mill , we have Delta V 11.3.1

one workstation begin a problen with data that appers in screens.  For about 10 to 15 seconds appers "&&&&&&" .

the process continue good during this seconds.

I checked "alarms and event", i only saw ACN switches for this workstation.

what else can I check.

  Hi Irving,
  
  It looks like this particular workstation is loosing network connections. By default "&&&&" is an indicative of unknown source which could be due to loss of connection with the network (controller data available on network) or a wrongly configured source.
  
  Following are suggested checks:
  
  1. Ping 10.4.0.6 and 10.8.0.6 or other IP addresses on the network to ensure the machine in question is connected to the network.
  2. Download the machine from Pro+ (complete download)
  3. Try running the workstation configuration again on this machine.
  4. Check network cables and replace them if necessary.

  I download the machine from the Pro+ and we have two days without the bad condition .
