Event Chronicle Stop Recording Data

Hello, 

My Event Chronicle stop recording data in November 26. 

When I configure parameters to show history data from earliest to latest, the latest data stop on November 26 2014.

Can someone please help me to retreive previous data to-date and how to prevent this from happening again?

  Look at the size of the folder D:\DeltaV\DVData\CHRONICLE on the server that have the alarm and event function configured, and look at properties of alarms and events from DeltaV explorer.
  If the size of the folder is near the configured size, its full, and won't overwrite the oldest files, because of a bug.
  You can download a patch from Guardian.
