device control function block

hi to all

i need to use DC function block for control a pump. i connect it to AI_soft_52, after assign and when i want to download,  DeltaV Explorer display me an alarm that is: "ERROR: One or more modules assigned to the workstation 'EWS' has a control level of regulatory or batch.  Please unassign the following modules or function blocks before downloading.
'TST1_1/DC1' "

what shall i do to download it?

  Hi Mohsen,
  If you have End-User System Dongle, you cannot assign and download a Control Block (PID/AO/DC) block to Workstation, you need a controller for that. If you are having Simulate Dongle, it should not be a problem. Contact your Local Emerson office on how to get a Simulate Dongle.
