A global compliance statement for S-Series Electronic Marshalling products may be found in the Electronic Marshalling Product Data Sheet (http://www2.emersonprocess.com/siteadmincenter/PM%20DeltaV%20Documents/ProductDataSheets/PDS_S-series_Electronic_Marshalling.pdf). Page 37 lists the Hazardous Area installation limitations for FM, cFM, ATEX, and IEC-Ex. This document specifies compliance with FM / cFM for Class 1, Div 2, Groups A, B, C, D, Temperature group T4 for all S-Series Electronic Marshalling components.

Additionally, ATEX instruction sheets are available for both the DI CHARM and the fused CHARM terminal here: http://www2.emersonprocess.com/en-US/brands/deltav/documentation/Pages/atex.aspx.

Thanks Ray, Silk screen printed on terminal block doesn't have this information in actual, however all other termination block have it.

ATEX instruction sheet doesn't have this termination block in the list i.e. KL4502X1-PA1.

Doesn't appear to be in the internal document library, either. The 2-wire fused terminal block is shown (http://www2.emersonprocess.com/siteadmincenter/PM%20DeltaV%20Documents/ATEX/ATEX_KL4502X1-LA1.pdf), but not the new 3-wire one. I know all the CHARMs hardware is designed to Class 1, Div 2, but I certainly wouldn't be comfortable deploying the hardware without paperwork to back it up. This may be worth a call to Worldwide Customer Service.
