Need to resolve FF Device mapping in DeltaV Control Module at Customer Site

We've commisioned X no. of FF Devices at our Customer Plant. Values can be seen at AMS, but not coming at DeltaV Control Module.

Any one can tell me the solution to map it in a DeltaV.

Please share your inputs.

  So long as the device is commissioned correctly and is communicating as indicated in diagnostics, then either the channel number on the control module block (AI, AO, DI, etc) is wrong or the transducer /resource block mode is OOS/manual.

  Totally agree with Adrian. The data you see in AMS Device Manager pass through the DeltaV communications layer, not in an independent pipe to the instruments.If you're seeing values in AMS Device Manager, particularly in the device's transducer block, the blocks are likely in the correct mode.
  
  This sounds like a Control Module issue, either configuration or loss of sync between the Fieldbus shadow block and the logical block in the transmitter processor.
  
  Possibilities:
  
  - Fieldbus function block is not assigned to the correct device.
  - Fieldbus function block XD_SCALE has incorrect engineering units or range.
  - Fieldbus function block CHANNEL is not set correctly, although this will often default to CHANNEL 1 if left at 0.
  - Fieldbus device and port have not been downloaded.
  - Fieldbus device and port have been downloaded independently of the Control Module and Fieldbus function block, so they are not synchronized. Remember that the Fieldbus function blocks you see in Control Studio are shadows of blocks executing in the transmitter, not blocks that execute in the DeltaV controller, so these objects must remain synced if data are to pass from the device to the shadow block in the Control Module.
