Hi,
Our workstations have keyboards, I'm assuming everyone is the same, my problem is that our operators have discovered that pressing the 'esc' key mutes the alarm, just the same as clicking on the 'silence horn' button on screen, is there a way I can disable this key? thereby forcing our operators to look at the alarm screen and acknowledge the current alarm, as is our procedure. We have already removed the 'silence horn' button from the task bar.

In Workspace configure mode, you can go the User and right click and select KeyMacros -> Edit to find the ESC logic and delete.
