Replacing CIOC Carrier V11.3

We recently replaced the CIOC carrier along with the ethernet ports and electrical terminations on the carrier itself, and are having trouble with the communication. We do not have any port violations on the smart switches, and our power is good at the CIOC, but still we have no I/O back up and running. Is there something we are missing? I tried to decomission and recomission, but the CIOC doesnt show in the decomissioned folder. Ideas?

  • Hi Lucky

Pull out both CIOC, then put the Right One in the left Side and the left One to the right side and you will have the decommissioned CIOC back.
