Finally we have a place were we can exchange problems. So, big thumbs up!
Please, we would like to improve our PID loops. But, on site we have license for DeltaV Tune but not for DeltaV InSight. We are on v11.3
How can we use DeltaV Tune without DeltaV InSight?

DeltaV Tune is available for DeltaV release v8.4 and earlier. Starting with DeltaV release v9.3, DeltaV Tune has been replaced by DeltaV InSight, which includes all the functionality of DeltaV Tune, plus much more.
DeltaV InSight is Emerson's next generation control monitoring and tuning application, replacing DeltaV Inspect and DeltaV Tune beginning in release v9.3.
I suspect you had a Tune license prior to upgrading from the cited versions. See the following in the Insight data sheet:

DeltaV InSight Basic*
For systems upgrading to v9.3 or later, DeltaV InSight Basic functionality will be provided on all DeltaV workstations that have a DeltaV Tune license assigned (excluding the DeltaV ProfessionalPLUS Station).
If you need more than the functions provided in the Basic offering, you should contact your local Emerson representative to discuss upgrading to the full Insight Product.
