Is it possible to do a user defined export from command line or a script?
If it is possible, can someone please provide me some information or a link?

Don't think so. The exports have to know what fields in the database to extract from and I don't think Emerson has published the schema of the database. Part of the problem is that as you create the base module you are adding function blocks so knowing how those are accessed during building the query using a script would be more work than just using the graphical tool built into the product.
