Workstation Flexlock not showing DeltaV Live

If you've been following my other threads.. lol.. after a reinstall of OS and DV. I had some issues. Those are mostly resolved and this one remains. My workstation which is just a tower running Windows 10 will not give the option to load DeltaV Live. It is grayed out on Flexlock. I have rerun workstation config on it after i did the proplus. It seems to be communicating fine. Proplus isn't mad at it. In DeltaV Live Diagnostics, it is also showing GOOD and READY. So, in workstation Management. I have made sure it is enabled of course, and I check ONLY using DeltaV Live. It's setup the same way as my Proplus which has no issues, aside from the use of a different Layout. So, I have toggled and saved and published the workstation in Workstation Management maybe a dozen times. Rebooted, etc. Still remains grayed out.  I can go to the desktop and open Live but of course that isn't feasible for a number of reasons.

    I've seen this behavior but did not investigate as I don't lock the screens on my demo. I'll investigate on my system and let you know if I find something.

    You may have to open DeltaV Live Administration / Workstation Management and enable DeltaV Live on your workstation and Publish.

    Hi TreyB,

    Try enabling DeltaV Live via registry in affected node. 
    Follow below path,

    Registry editor > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node > FRSI > DeltaV > CurrentVersion - DeltaVLiveEnabled. Set this registry to 1.

    Re-logon the node and you will be able to access DeltaV Live from Flexlock.

    thanks for the hack! that worked. It still shows the option for Operate, but that is fine for now. At least I can work with this.

    Cannot find any mention of DeltaVLiveEnabled in any KBA for either v14LTS or v15LTS. This has occurred on my v14LTS system, but since I don't enable flexlock on that station, I did not pursue it. There are multiple calls logged to this issue that are resolved by manually setting the registry key, but none explain why the key is failing to be set properly through the Workstation Management configuration settings. All the calls I saw were closed.
