After downloading setup data on Proplus, pervious deleted charts came back.

Hello!
I am glad you found the charts in the Yellow Pages folder. If you are using DeltaV v14.3 or newer, it is recommended to use the Delete Utility included in Process History View and DeltaV Operate. This utility manages the yellow pages for you, making sure that Displays and/or Charts are deleted from all workstations.
You can launch the Delete Utility from PHV by clicking the icon DeltaV Delete Utility in the toolbar:
When launched, the tool will allow you to browse for charts and those deleted will be sent to a Recycle bin. You can decide to empty the recycle bin or restore deleted displays or charts as needed. There is only one chart in the example below:
