Hello everyone,
We just installed a new DeltaV 14.3.1 system in our facility and it has been running for about 6 months. Recent reports from our Operations folks is that the DeltaV system clock is consistently behind their facility Official U.S. Time (time.gov) clock by 7-8 minutes every 1.5 months or so. As such we had to manually update the DeltaV system clock from time to time to closely match their facility clock. Our DeltaV system is isolated from the outside world - no internet connection.
If anyone has experienced this please share if you have seen similar situations and workarounds.

While I can't advise on the numbers you should try, on the designated DeltaV time master, the NTP.DRIFT file should hold a single value of 0.000 You can play with that number to dial in your particular hardware. I think the limits are -500 to 500.
