I have a module driving a control valve via an AO function block and need to change the upstream module which drives the AO block. This will require me to delete the existing upstream module and edit the valve AO to be driven from a new module that I have created. However, the existing module to be deleted has the valve AO built as a contained module and I'm unsure of the effect that deleting this may have on the valve AO. Can anyone advise on the impact of deleting contained modules or direct me to the Books Online section covering this topic?
