Dear All,
We are encountering a revamp case, a DeNOx unit is going to be placed in a running plant where the available area is very less. As per client he also doesn't want much pressure loss. (we are discussing pressure loss during flow measurement in mbar)
This is one of the critically required flow meter installed on 24" process gas line as this is responsible for critical calculations where accuracy is required for the algorithms to work.Process parameters: Fluid: Process gas (clean gas)Temperature: 395 deg CPressure: 10 bargFlow: 90000 Nm3/hVelocity: 22.73 m/sWhat will be the best flow meter suited for this application? Please suggest the best possible way to cater to this issue.
Best regards
Nikunj
Hello Nikunj,
Emerson has several low loss DP solutions that are made for 24" line sizes. You might consider the Daniel Venturi tube or the Rosemount Annubar.

We would be glad to work with you to find the right solution.
