Export Alarm Summary to XML - Inconsistent

I am running 11.3.1 and run the AlarmSummary Utility from a scheduled task. The task runs all the time but returns zero alarms record more than half of the time it runs. Does any have experience or can guide me to the possible causes.

    The utility will return the alarms based on the logged on user's scope. If no one is logged on, there are no alarms to report for the station.

    Hi . I don’t see the objectif behind the needs of running alarms summary periodically.
    Anyway a possible reason is the username used for the schedule task. It should be user having deltav credential to have access even though the station is not logued

    The Utility is run from an operator work station, so it is always loged on. The scheduled task runs all the time, it does put alarms record, some times and do not pull the records some times. I have not been able to establish any patterns. I was thinking the the execution time is probably not enough to pull large records ant it time out.

    We run it from the ProPlus once a month on a schedule, with DeltaV admin rights. The XML file is used by our Alarm Management software to facilitate alarm audits, which flag any differences between the running system and the Alarm Database.
