DeltaV ACN network keep switching between Primary and secondary.

I have  issue with ACN switching over between primary  secondary then I/O failure of remote CHARMs for about 0.001 second. Laterly I’ve found that one of my Emerson Smart switch in Primary network is commissioned but showed red cross in DeltaV Smart Switch Command Center. I’ve check LED on this switch they are running and healthy. I’ve trìed to use telnet to login but don’t know the user name and password. My question is what happen with my smart switch? how can I fix it? Is it possible that ACN switching over causing remote CHARM I/O failure alarm. I’m using DeltaV v. 13.3.1

  More information might be needed to determine the root cause of this issue, but based on the symptoms I'd say your switch is no longer communicating to the Network Device Command Center due to a mismatch on SNMP accounts. This usually happens when a switch is commissioned before an upgrade happens.
  
  It could also be that the station running the switch modules (ProPlus or App Station) is no longer seeing this device in the network, which could be a result of cascade port violations eventually. I find it hard to be this case as you had everything working already. However, if you can unlock all switches within this network (except the one in trouble of course), then you could verify if this is the root cause of this issue.
  
  Anyways, an alternative here is to restore factory settings on this switch, and since you don't have access to its CLI (no admin password), then you can clear the running config by rebooting the switch and accessing the boot menu with your serial cable.
