Continuous Historian

Hello,

We are operating on DeltaV version 12.3 and are using Continuous Historian Administration on our Application Station.

We are having issues with the scheduled daily backup. It will say it last ran that previous night but the backup file never makes it into the AutoBackup folder. Has any experienced this issue and shed some ideas of what I could check to get this to start backing up again?

    The autobackup creates a scheduled task, so look at the windows Task Scheduler console and see what the history of the task depicts.
    Can you run the task manually?
    Have you evaluated the Windows event logs to see if any errors are generated?
    Does DeltavAdmin have access to the backup location from a permissions standpoint?

    You can purchase sap analytics cloud from companies like Capjemini or sap companies
    Through this you can upload excel files or historian files and visualize the excel files or events files in the graph.

    Then you will get better idea about the events.

    Per user cost for sap analytics cloud is 20 to 30k .approximately Per user with all the features sap analytics cloud has.
    With this you can visualize the events files anywhere.

    I checked the Windows Task Scheduler and under Last Run Result it comes up with "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)" I believe the problem came about after we added a remote server so not having permission may have something to do with it. Where could I look to verify that?
