DeltaV V143.1 LIVE Administration will not open. cannot initialize LIVE and use graphics studio

 

the problem started a week ago when the virtual machine was shutdown abruptly and LIVE will not work properly since then. I installed hotfix WS_Css 4 and it was working again for a day and back to this issue again. Anyone seen this? thanks in advance.

    To update: the issue was caused due to RTS service was down. It was working fine till it went down after an incorrect virtual switch configuration. The switch was supposed to be setup to accomodate more than one Proplus-VM on the Vsphere client...which it didnt. So to get LIVE back up and running and also make the second VM operational on the VSphere, a separate virtual switch was created per recommendation from Emerson - one for each proplus-simulate machine.
