Continuous historian Administration

i have a configured continuous historian server DeltaV version 12.3 installed but the tools tab is completely grayed out except (Display storage details and Diagnostics).

the following tab are grayed out

1. Create New Active Data set

2. Export Historian Data sets

3. Delete Historian Data sets

4. Create Extended Historian Data sets

5. backup deltaV continuous Historian data

6. Restore deltaV continuous Historian data

7. Schedule deltaV continuous Historian data Backup

Please i need help on ways to resolve the issue.

  It sounds as though you are logged on as a DeltaV user who does not have the necessary security key(s) for these functions. By default most of these functions are assigned to the System Admin lock, so the DeltaV user must have the key to this lock, otherwise they are greyed out.
