How can I open the On-Line Mode of control studio from Thin Client?

Hi All

When I try to open the On-Line Mode of control studio from Thin Client(Operator Station), I get this error message and can only see Edit Mode.

Our system is composed of Virtualization Hardware - Management Server and Thin Client.

So normally operator open the terminal session from Thin Clinet, connect terminal server, and use it.

For trouble-shooting I want to see the On-Line mode of control studio from Thin Clinet, but I couldn't. Do you have any idea?
