Question about OPC Licensing

I don't understand if my system has OPC installed. The Licensing Report in DeltaV Explorer has OPC Remote Services & OPC Server: 1250 Data Values under the Assigned License Features column.

However, if I go under System Configuration > Setup > Licenses, I do not see anything related to OPC. I have DeltaV 12.3, do I need to buy OPC Mirror?

  You're likely seeing that on an Application Station node. When you buy an Application Station license it comes with a 250 data value license as part of the basic Application Station. When you buy a scale-up the data value count increases by that much. The OPC Server is built in to the Application Station. So with what you have you can have any number of simultaneous clients connected to your Application Station reading up to a combined total between all clients of 1250 total simultaneous reads/writes.
  
  OPC Mirror is needed if you are trying to connected two servers together. It is licensed by number of servers with the minimum being two (DeltaV and what you are trying to connect to) and maximum being five. OPC Mirror can then be configured to map data between OPC servers.
