How to enable or use lunch I/O studio

Now, We already to install DeltaV 14.3 Build 6843.

But  we cannot open application I/O Sudio and DeltaV Device commisioner.

How can we to open these applications to use the feature of Smart commissioning?

  You need to install the v14.3 Feature Pack 1, which will bring you to build 6984
  
  The smart commissioning, as well as DeltaV Live are not available until you install this feature pack. This is a mandatory update for all v14.3 systems.
  
  Note you must do an offline upgrade of your PK controller. This update changes how the PK is setup with the IOP modules (ethernet modules with three RJ45 ports). This change cannot be completed on line as the upgraded PK will not become available.
  
  The update adds a binding of the Ethernet ports to the communication protocols and isolates PK communications for each protocol to the bound ports. This is explained in the release notes.
  
  The Feature Pack can be applied as an update or you can also download the full install disk for new workstations. Available on the Guardian website.
