DeltaV Operate Graphic - Changing the Side Panel Colour

Could someone please point me in the direction on how to change the colour of the side panel that appears on the right-side of a graphic?

It's the light grey border below the alarm summary and around the display history and module history.

  Unless someone knows of a more streamlined way to do it, those bordering panels are typically in the "Standard" folder in Operate that you can edit like any other picture. Assuming you're referring to the default widescreen layout, there's one for alarm summary, main display history, module history, and an alarm banner. If yours have been changed from the defaults, you'd probably have to check your layout file to figure out which ones your system using.
