Process history error

Greetings Everyone.

I sometimes get an error while opening process history view. Sometimes it goeas away automatically and process history view starts coming properly and sometime IIhave to update download status and download EWS and HS setup data.

I am not getting the cause of the error. If any one has come across this error kindly advise.

  • What node in the control network has the error? Maybe a newly configured workstation? Check that the user credentials (admin, operator, etc.) on the problematic station match the user accounts on the control network (Pro+).

    When this error comes it comes on all nodes...and then Automatically goes away from all nodes

    file not found means : perticular trend is not properly defined .
    module not found means : in the database module is not present
    faceplate not found means : trends or modules are configured but faceplate are not configured in the properties. that may be the reason the trends are not opening .

    Everything is pro..charts are present..modules are present...faceplate is present as i m opening process history view from faceplate...

    Pricess history voew opens normally but sometimes it stops opening and starts giving this error...and after sometime it automatically starts working again
