Greetings Everyone.
I sometimes get an error while opening process history view. Sometimes it goeas away automatically and process history view starts coming properly and sometime IIhave to update download status and download EWS and HS setup data.
I am not getting the cause of the error. If any one has come across this error kindly advise.
What node in the control network has the error? Maybe a newly configured workstation? Check that the user credentials (admin, operator, etc.) on the problematic station match the user accounts on the control network (Pro+).
