Blue Triangles on controllers but don't know why

I'm wondering if anyone has come across this issue before. I have some controllers on our system that say they require a download but it doesn't say why. In other cases, it puts a blue triangle next to "Assigned modules" or "I/O" which then shows you what specifically needs to be downloaded. Here though, it shows nothing more. Does anyone know what causes this? We're on DeltaV 11.3.1

  Could be a named set change or a network parameter change. Happens quite often, but you just perform "Download/Setup Data" and the triangles should clear, otherwise if they persist, it's relating to module downloads.
  
  Depending on system size, you might want to perform a mass download rather than individual nodes.

  Would the blue triangles disappeared if you had right clicked on one of the items with the triangles and selected "Update Download status"? We have that happened from time to time.
