Hi Dears
from 2 days ago, I have 2 serious problems in DeltaV system.
I have One P+, two engineering stations, Two Historian, One AMS, One Remote Server with 4 session. Network is DOMAIN, Server 2008.
from 2 days ago, when I was working on ENG station in DeltaV Explorer, suddenly a message appeared in screen as " Access Denied" like below picture. when this appeared, I tried to Re Start the PPLUS, but after restarting, unfortunately, PPLUS didn't go to service and my problem was 2 issues. after a lot working on system and working with PPLUS services, I could active PPLUS services and system Turned ON. but my problem on ENG Stations was not solved.
this problem is, sometimes, all of my ENG stations are disconnected with below message box, when it happened, speed in Remote Server also go to slow and I cannot download any thing from remote while ENG doesn't work at all.
after 30 min or 1 hour (it depend to system, when he like !!!) database is connected and work and after some minutes or hours again is stopped/disconnected. I re configured the ENG stations or import again DeltavAdmin password, but not solved till now.
may I ask you please to help me to solve this problem? I saw some messages in history, but I couldn't find a clear procedure to solve this problem.
your kind attention and guidance would be highly appreciated.
Best regards
Alex -
This sounds like an issue that should be escalated to Emerson Technical Support, rather than addressed in this forum. If you are seeing "Access Denied" messages on the database clients, Objectivity/DB is performing some maintenance task that closes all provided interfaces. This would be normal during a database backup or clean.
If, as you say, you're experiencing it as a result of something else, Technical Support will be the faster and more appropriate group to contact. You can find the telephone number for your world area at this link.
Best of luck.
Ray
