Many of our sites we maintain have operating systems with R710s and above with Server 2003 and above as well as windows 7 on dell desktops (all are approved by Emerson for DeltaV). I look at Microsoft Event Viewer to see if there are any repetitive errors that have came up since our last visit and more times than not, there are. This is where I am in need of some guidance or help, i want to look up these errors that come up and want to know what I can do to go about fixing them, however I type them in online and nothing comes up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I have spoken to both Dell and Microsoft and they were unable to give me any guidance on the issue.
