Configuring Reverse Look Up Zone

Hi 

I wanted to configure Reverse look up zone in domain environment in a running plant. 

Is there anything one should take precaution about. Any inherent risk of taking up such activity in running plant.

As per KBA one of the reasons for CHS coming up slow is reverse look up zone not configured.
