SEP antivirus

Good Morning

I want to know what is exactly the configuration I need to do at the antivirus in Symantec endpoint protection  so I can download the stations connected on the network deltav .

  You may refer to KBA AP-0800-0025. It includes approved DeltaV versions. This article contains the information you may need for installation of this software. We install this last in the new control systems build.

  I want to know what we should put as an exception at the symantec endpoint protection because the platform I have a PPLUS station with 3 operators stations and I can't download them while the antivirus is activated.

  The article mentions about following folder to be added in the exception. Besides exception, there are other settings should be set as per given procedure.
  The custom install of approved software as per procedure in the KBA is recommended to enable it work without trouble.

  even after making the exceptions ca not always work and when I wipe download a station it gives me the following message: the workstation "name" is not responding.this is a communication problem That May Be Caused by an improper cable connection.
  by cons after the deactivation of MS I can download it without problems. especially the firewall.
  if possible of course to send me the link to see the procedure in detail.

  You may check windows firewall. It is usually turned off during operating system install. You may search for the KBA on Guardian support and obtain latest revision of the KBA
