The last few days I have been trying to remove the Bad Integrity (yellow ?) from our RTS1 Events and Alarms. Event Chronicle is not enabled for RTS1, Pro+ is our server for Event Chronicle. Process History is working normally and recording Events and Alarms for all process areas. This problem just started happening. I think someone tried to Enable RTS1 as the Event Chronicle and realized we do not have license for RTS1 to become Event Chronicle.
I am not sure what to do now. I am waiting for phone call from Emerson support for futher troubleshooting.
I called Emerson Tech support and performed the following.
1. Downloaded RTS1
2. Rebooted RTS1
3. Replaced the mastlog.ldf and master.mdf. in the MSSQL with files from Emerson Technical support.
4. Stopped and started the Event Chronicle services.

You mention that you restarted the Event Chronicle Services (EventChronicleManager, SQL Server (DELTAV_CHRONICLE), and SQL Server Agent (DELTAV_CHRONICLE)). These services should not be started if this is not an Event Chronicle.
You can try re-running workstation configuration.
