Erternal data source error

Dear All;

     we are using deltaV 11.3 V with 02 Workstation & 01 EWS. Torady i run a dos command on EWS regall /register & restared EWS. But now while Opening DetltaV Operate Tunor Configure. it give error "External data source is not configured for this node" & in Run mode although we have all ore graphics there are no values to tag & can not loging with any auser name. Kindly help. to resolve the proble.

    Did you make sure the DeltaVAdmin password is the same on all machines? Run servpwd.exe to change this password for this machine.
    Maybe you want run workstation configuration again to make sure all settings are correct.
