I'm getting " the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable " message whenever Microsoft Excel is trying to run DeltaV or XL reporter and when I put DeltaV Disk and select the correct path for DeltaV 11.3.1.msi it shows "Error 1719 installer service couldn't be accessed... "
Note that I have run regall register, reinstalled Excel and XL reporter, restarted and nothing been changed.
